Due to COVID-19, you can expect significant delays that are outside of our control. It may take an additional 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered to you.

Orders will be shipped out within 3-6 business days of ordering. (Monday-Friday)
Shipping cost
The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout The shipping cost is calculated on a “per order,” “per item,” or “per pound” basis. It is based on the shipping option you select.
Free Shipping
To enjoy free shipping on eligible orders, please select “Canada Post Lettermail”
We may offer free shipping, this offer will only apply to deliveries within Canada and to the USA unless otherwise stated. Certain items may not be eligible for Free Shipping based on the offer. If the items qualify for Free Shipping but your order also contains other ineligible items, you may be charged for shipping on the items that are not eligible. Free Shipping does not apply when alternate delivery methods are selected.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.
Shipping timing
The estimated arrival date will be visible during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival from the options available.
Once the order is shipped out and is in the possession of Canada Post, it is no longer the responsibility of Suitable. Damaged, lost or stolen orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs, Duties, Taxes
When ordering from Suitable, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination Country/Region. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination Country/Region. Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import, taxes, customs duties and fees levied by destination Country/Region. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be must be fulfilled by the recipient. Suitable has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country, please contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery.
